For many of you I am often seen as a “Mom on Heels,” and while that is frequently the case going from meetings and other activities throughout the day, there are a few things that I do to stick with my outfit for the day, but be comfortable and active as well with the kids. When 5 o’clock hits it’s party time, and many times I don’t have time to swing by home to change, so a trick I use is a change of shoes. I think the tennis shoe trend is the best thing ever that happened to the world of motherhood. I make it a point to have lots of them to go with my outfits, and one of them I am loving right now is from HOKA’s Fly collection.
I discovered them recently when I was looking for shoes for Nikola. I decided to try some on for myself, and don’t want to take them off. HOKA is a new discovery for me. If you don’t know the brand, or if you have never tried their shoes. Here are a few things that I really liked:
They make for the perfect shoe to transition from meetings to play time to workout time.
They are sleek and stylish to fit with the outfit for the day and not feel mismatched.
Super lightweight so I can easily pack away in the bag and not feel weighed down as I head back off to meetings for afternoon.
Amazing performance for those times when I am heading for a workout.
I love being involved with the kids and their active nature and not ever feel like I can’t go chasing after them because of my shoes. The best part is that I don’t have to worry about juggling several pairs of shoes when I want something I can workout with and then head off to other activities for the day.
Have any of you guys tried the Fly collection or HOKA’s other collections? I’d love to see what some of your favorite picks are. Feel free to tag me in your photos if you want. I’d love to see how you style your HOKAS. Maybe I will even screenshot my favorites and share on the Stories, what do you think?
